Track B · Lesson 4 of 4
Reading your dashboard
Outcome
You'll finish with a plain-English grasp of every number on your dashboard, from clicks to paid earnings, and a monthly routine for spotting what to improve.
The top row: four earnings totals
- This month: what you've earned in the current calendar month, based on the casino reports imported so far.
- Pending: calculated, but not yet checked by the Luxwyn team.
- Paid: already sent to you.
- Lifetime: everything you've earned since you joined.
How earnings move: pending, approved, paid
- Pending. When the Luxwyn team imports a casino's report, your earnings are calculated automatically. Pending amounts can still change if the casino sends a corrected report.
- Approved. The team has checked them. Approved amounts are never edited afterwards. If a later report changes the figures, the difference appears as a separate adjustment line in the current month, which can be positive or negative.
- Paid. The money has been sent to the wallet in your preference, and it's recorded in your payment history. Payouts go out monthly in USDT or BTC, once the casino has paid Luxwyn for that month (usually 2–4 weeks after it ends) and your approved balance is at least $100. Smaller balances roll over to the next month. Payments happen outside the app; your dashboard is the record.
The funnel: clicks, registrations, first deposits
The funnel shows how people move from your link to becoming players:
- Clicks: people who opened your . These appear as they happen. Robots and link-preview bots are filtered out. Visitors from countries the campaign doesn't accept (its ) see a neutral page instead of the casino, so they can't become players.
- Registrations: people who created an account at the casino.
- First deposits: people who put money in for the first time, known as (first-time depositors).
Registrations and FTDs come from the casino's report, matched to you through your link's . That's why they appear after each report is imported, not in real time.
Comparing fairly
Your is the share of people who took the next step. Example with made-up numbers: 200 clicks and 4 FTDs is a 2% click-to-FTD rate. It lets you compare campaigns and posts fairly, even when they get very different amounts of traffic.
What the funnel can tell you:
- Plenty of clicks, few registrations: the offer may not suit your audience, or many of them may live outside the countries the campaign accepts.
- Registrations, but few first deposits: there's interest but not commitment. Try a campaign that fits your audience better. Never pressure anyone to deposit.
- Few clicks: your posts may need a clearer call to action, or a better time and place.
The six-month earnings chart
This shows your earnings month by month. Expect some ups and downs on campaigns: in a month where your players win overall, RevShare pays nothing. If a campaign has turned on, that minus amount is also taken off your next positive months.
The per-campaign table
One row per campaign, so you can compare them side by side. Look at which campaigns turn clicks into players, not just which get the most clicks.
Remember that only pays for , meaning those who meet the campaign's rules. Your FTD count and your CPA earnings won't always line up.
The influencer and platform breakdown
Your links can be tied to a specific influencer and platform, so this breakdown shows where your results come from. Use it to decide where to put your effort, always within each platform's rules.
People you've invited
This section shows your invite link, the people who joined through it, and your earnings.
- The rate is currently 5% of each recruit's earnings, or 10% if you're an .
- It covers each recruit's first 12 months, counted from the month they were first approved.
- The rate for any month depends on your tier on the last day of that month.
- Luxwyn pays it on top. It's never taken from your recruit.
Ambassadors also see their badge on the dashboard.
Payment history
Every payment sent to you, with its date and amount. If something doesn't match what you expected, contact the Luxwyn team.
A five-minute monthly routine

Numbers tell you what's working. Your persona, and the trust your audience places in her, is what makes them move.
