How it works

From campaign to payout, in plain English.

Luxwyn connects people who run AI influencers with casino and sportsbook campaigns. Here's the whole journey, one step at a time. Every industry word is explained the first time it appears, and you can tap it for a quick definition.

Six steps

The journey in six steps

  1. A campaign

Everything starts with a campaign: one offer from one casino or sportsbook brand we have a deal with. Before you promote anything, the campaign tells you:

    • How you're paid: , or a (all explained below)
    • Where players can come from: the countries the brand accepts
    • Where you can post: the platforms you may use for this campaign
    • What to use and follow: any promo code, approved images and videos, and the campaign's rules
  2. When you're given a campaign, you get your own : a short web address, plus a QR code. Hidden inside it is a unique code called a , which lets the casino know that a player came from you. You can have separate links for each influencer and platform, so you can see which ones work.

  3. A player clicks

Someone in your audience taps your link. First, we check which country they're in:

    • The campaign accepts that country: they go straight to the casino's sign-up page.
    • It doesn't, or we can't tell: they see a neutral "Not available in your region" page and never reach the casino.

This is called , and it protects you, the brand and us. We never store visitors' IP addresses. Bots and link-preview robots are filtered out, so they never count toward your stats.

  4. The casino reports results

The player signs up on the casino's own site and may make a first deposit. The casino, not Luxwyn, records sign-ups, , and revenue against your Sub-ID. It shares those results with us in regular reports from its partner portal. We match every line to your link. If a line can't be matched, our team sees it; nothing is quietly dropped.

  5. Your earnings are calculated

Our earnings engine applies your campaign's deal to your players' results, using the same formulas you'll find below and in the calculator. Each earning then moves through three stages:

    • Pending: calculated, but it can still change if the casino corrects its report.
    • Approved: checked and locked. It never changes afterwards. If a casino later corrects its numbers, the difference appears as a separate, visible adjustment line.
    • Paid: included in a to you.

Your dashboard also shows your for each campaign and platform. That's the share of people who clicked your link and went on to sign up or deposit.

  6. You get paid

Payouts are monthly and paid in crypto: USDT (on the TRC-20 or ERC-20 network) or BTC, sent to the wallet you save in your settings. There are no fees to join or to use Luxwyn.

    • When a month becomes payable: once the casino has paid us for it, usually 2–4 weeks after the month ends.
    • The $100 minimum: when your approved, payable balance is $100 or more, it goes out in that month's payout. Smaller balances roll over until they reach $100.
    • The record: every payout appears in your payout history with its network and transaction reference, so you can see exactly which earnings it covers.

You're responsible for any tax due on your earnings where you live.

Worked example

Where the money comes from: a worked example

Casinos pay Luxwyn, and we pay you. Here's one illustrative month on one campaign. It's the same example our earnings engine is tested against.

Casino pays us 40% RevShare. Campaign pays 30%. Alexis's players produce $10,000 in a month → casino pays us $4,000 → Alexis earns $3,000 → the who recruited her earns 10% of $3,000 = $300 → we keep $700.

What the words mean

  • NGR (net gaming revenue) is what the casino keeps from players after their winnings, bonuses, fees and taxes. It's different from , which is simply total bets minus total wins, before any costs.
  • The $300 is a . We pay it from our share, so Alexis still receives her full $3,000.
  • Alexis is our own AI influencer and test case. These are example numbers, not a typical or expected result.

Deal types

Deal types explained

Every campaign uses one of three deal types. The campaign page always tells you which one, and its exact terms, before you start.

RevShare (revenue share)

Ongoing

You earn a percentage of the NGR from the players you referred, every month they keep playing.

Example: 30% of $1,000 NGR = $300 for that month.

Sometimes players win more than they lose. When that happens, NGR is negative and you earn nothing that month. What happens next depends on the campaign's setting:

  • Off (our default): the minus amount is dropped, and next month starts fresh at zero.
  • On: the minus amount carries forward and is subtracted from your next positive months before you earn again.

CPA (cost per acquisition)

One-off

A fixed, one-off payment for each qualified player: a new player who deposits and meets the campaign's rules, for example a minimum deposit. You're paid once per player, however much or little they play afterwards.

Example: $100 per qualified player × 5 qualified players = $500.

Hybrid deal

Both

A smaller CPA payment plus a smaller RevShare percentage, so you get some of both.

Example: $50 per qualified player and 20% RevShare. With 5 qualified players and $1,000 NGR, that's $250 + $200 = $450.

Which is better?

It depends on your audience and the campaign. CPA pays a known amount per qualified player and doesn't depend on how they play afterwards. RevShare depends on how your players play over time, and can be zero in some months. Hybrid sits in between. Our free lesson "Pick campaigns that fit your audience" walks through the choice.

All amounts in this section are examples to explain the maths, not real campaign terms.

Earnings calculator

Try the numbers

Pick a deal type and enter an example month: NGR for RevShare, the number of qualified players for CPA, or both for a hybrid deal. The calculator shows what that month would pay you, and what a referrer or Ambassador would earn on top. It uses the same formulas as our earnings engine.

Deal type

The percentage of NGR the campaign pays you.

What the casino kept from your players after winnings, bonuses and costs. It can be negative.

This month, you'd earn

Estimate, not a guarantee
$300.00
RevShare30% of $1,000.00 NGR
$300.00

This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Real earnings depend on each campaign's deal, the numbers casinos report, how your players behave and whether they win or lose. Some months may pay nothing. Nothing on this page is a promise of income.
