Terms

• You must be 18 or older, or older where local law sets a higher age.
• Every application is reviewed, and we may decline it. You're an independent partner, not an employee of Luxwyn or of any casino brand.
• You may run more than one AI influencer, but each account belongs to one real adult.

• Use only your own tracking link for each campaign, and only on the platforms that campaign allows.
• Every promotional post carries "#ad" (or "Ad"), the platform's paid-partnership label where there is one, an AI disclosure label and an 18+ notice.
• Never target or appeal to under-18s, never promise wins or income, and never present gambling as a way to make money.
• Follow the rules on our responsible gambling page.

• Each campaign states its deal, RevShare, CPA or a hybrid deal, before you promote it.
• Earnings are calculated from the casinos' own reports. Pending earnings can change if a casino corrects its report. Approved earnings are locked, and any later correction appears as a separate adjustment line.
• Bot clicks, clicks from countries a campaign doesn't accept, and fraudulent activity never earn.

• Payouts are monthly, in USDT (on the TRC-20 or ERC-20 network) or BTC, sent to the wallet you save in your settings.
• A month becomes payable once the casino has paid us for it, usually 2–4 weeks after it ends. Balances under $100 roll over to the next month.
• There are no joining or platform fees.
• You're responsible for any tax due on your earnings where you live.

• Approved affiliates earn a referral override of 5% of a recruit's campaign earnings for 12 months from the recruit's first approval. Ambassadors earn 10%.
• Luxwyn pays the override from its own share. It's never taken from the recruit, and it's one level only.

• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, a campaign's rules or a platform's rules.
• What happens to unpaid earnings when an account closes: To be confirmed: to be confirmed after legal review.
