Responsible gambling

Luxwyn works with casino and sportsbook brands, so we take gambling harm seriously. This page covers who gambling is for, how to spot when it's becoming a problem, where to get free help, and the rules we and every Luxwyn creator follow.

Adults only: 18+

Gambling is for adults. Everything about Luxwyn, including our site, our creators and the campaigns they promote, is for people aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age where you live (for example, 21 in many US states). We never knowingly target anyone under that age, and neither may our creators.

What responsible gambling means

means treating gambling as paid entertainment, like a concert ticket, and never as a way to make money. In practice:

  • Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
  • Set a time and money limit before you start, and stick to it.
  • Never chase losses by trying to win back what you've lost.
  • Don't gamble when you're stressed, low, or have been drinking.
  • Use the deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools that licensed casinos provide.

Warning signs

Gambling may be becoming a problem if you, or someone close to you:

  • bets more than they can afford, or needs to bet more to get the same feeling
  • tries to win back losses ("chasing")
  • borrows money or sells things to gamble
  • feels stressed, anxious or guilty about gambling
  • gets criticised by others about their gambling
  • has money problems at home because of gambling

Our commitments

To players and the public

  • 18+ only. Every Luxwyn promotion carries an 18+ notice. We never knowingly target minors, and creators may not use personas, styles or content designed to appeal to under-18s.
  • Honest promotion. Every promotion is labelled as an ad with "#ad" and the platform's paid-partnership label, and carries an when the creator is virtual.
  • No harmful messages. Promotions may never present gambling as a way to earn money, escape money problems or improve your life. They may never suggest that winning is likely or certain, and they may never use fake urgency.
  • Right place only. only work in countries a campaign accepts. Everyone else sees a neutral "not available in your region" page and is never sent to a casino. This is .

To our creators

  • Free lessons on disclosure, age rules and each platform's gambling policies, updated when the rules change.
  • Clear campaign rules, allowed countries and allowed platforms, shown before anyone promotes.
  • A review of every application, and suspension for creators who break these rules.

How we hold ourselves to it

  • We respond to reports about a Luxwyn creator or promotion within To be confirmed: X business days.
  • We review these commitments at least To be confirmed: once a year and whenever a law or platform rule changes.
  • To be confirmed: LEGAL/OWNER: add any commitment on partner selection, e.g. working only with brands licensed for the markets their campaigns target.

Rules for every Luxwyn promotion

A checklist every must follow:

  • A clear AI disclosure: your audience must know your influencer is AI-generated
  • An 18+ notice, with the platform's age settings turned on where available
  • Nothing designed to appeal to under-18s

  • Only your own tracking link, and only on platforms the campaign allows
  • A link to help resources, such as this page, wherever the platform allows
